Small But Experienced
CTSI was recently established by John Studebaker. We are currently a one person firm with ambitions to add additional personnel as we grow the revenues of the companies we represent. John has spent the last 17 years in the electronics component and wireless systems business based in the Dallas Fort Worth Area. Most recently John was the VP of Sales & Marketing for North America at one of the worlds largest RF and optical diversified products companies, headquartered in Switzerland.
Exceeding Expectations
With over 10 years experience managing Manufacturers' Representative firms, John is aware of the needs and expectations of manufacturers. We strive to maintain open and honest communications with our customers and principals. We establish long term revenue growth goals with the companies we represent and review our progress on a regular basis.
Mindshare
Because we focus on RF and microwave and avoid representing commodity products our target account base is reduced substantially. This allows us to focus our efforts on those customers who would benefit most from our principals' products and services rather then call on all the electronics companies in the territory.
A Professional Approach
We understand that spending the time to generate and execute a plan is the most efficient and effective way to grow revenue. Simply "turning over rocks" is inefficient and ineffective.
